Annika Krick is a Senior Academic Councillor at the Department of Work, Organizational and Business Psychology, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg. She holds a habilitation in Workplace Health Promotion (2024) and a PhD in Occupational Health Promotion (2020). Her research focuses on health-oriented leadership, digital transformation in workplaces, stress prevention, and mindfulness-based interventions. She has extensive experience in projects related to corporate health management (BGM) in the Bundeswehr and federal police forces.
Education: Habilitation (2024), PhD (2020), Master’s in Applied Psychology (2014), Bachelor’s in Psychology (2012). Professional activities include leading the dtec.bw project on digital leadership and health, and trainer roles for police and armed forces.
