Annette Griffith

Dr. Annette Griffith is a Full Professor and Program Chair for the PhD in Behavior Analysis program at The Chicago School's Online Applied Behavior Analysis Department. She holds a PhD in educational studies (University of Nebraska-Lincoln), an MA in psychology and behavior analysis (University of Nevada-Reno), and a BA in psychology (Okanagan University College).

• 20+ years experience in behavior analysis, teaching, clinical work, and research

Her research focuses on parent training programs, psychotropic medication management, mental health interventions, and program evaluation, particularly for individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has pioneered nontraditional research methods in these areas, including telehealth implementation and behavioral data analysis for medication decisions.

Dr. Griffith has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and presented extensively at national conferences. Her work demonstrates expertise in behavioral pharmacology, residential treatment protocols, and family-centered interventions. She has received institutional recognition for teaching excellence, instructional innovation, and research scholarship.
