Dr. Anne Wolf is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford (All Souls College) and a Research Fellow at Girton College, University of Cambridge. She holds a DPhil in Oriental Studies from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on authoritarianism, political Islam, and the Arab uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa, with a particular emphasis on Tunisia and Algeria. She has authored numerous scholarly articles and books, including Political Islam in Tunisia: The History of Ennahda (2017), which received the CHOICE Outstanding Academic Title award. Her work often examines regime dynamics, contentious politics, and post-authoritarian transitions.
