Anne Lauscher

Prof. Dr. Anne Lauscher is an Associate Professor of Data Science at the University of Hamburg Business School, specializing in fair, inclusive, and sustainable conversational AI systems. Her research focuses on improving algorithmic fairness through demographic factors in NLP systems and exploring ethical implications of large language models. She holds a PhD from the University of Mannheim, where her work on computational argumentation was awarded summa cum laude, and has conducted research at Grammarly and the Allen Institute for AI.
