Prof. Anne Huff is a Permanent Visiting Professor of Strategy and Innovation at the TUM Business School (Technical University of Munich) and Academic Director of the Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation (CLIC) at HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Her career includes leadership roles at London Business School and top-tier universities like UCLA. She holds a BA in Philosophy (Barnard College), MA in Sociology, and PhD in Management (Northwestern University).
Her research focuses on strategic change dynamics, open innovation processes, and scholarly publication methodologies. Notable works include When Firms Change Direction (2000) and Strategic Management (2009 textbook). She has also authored influential guides on academic publishing such as Designing Research for Publication (2009).
