Anne Greiling

Anne Greiling is a distinguished vocalist and vocal instructor at Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts since 2023. She has established herself as a prominent figure in classical vocal performance with an extensive international career spanning opera, oratorio, and concert performances across major European venues and festivals.

Her educational background includes studies at the Frankfurt and Mannheim Music Academies under Prof. Karl Markus and Prof. Katharina Dau, complemented by master classes with Anna Reynolds, Graham Johnson, and Brigitte Fassbaender.

Greiling's artistic focus centers on vocal performance with specializations in Baroque music (particularly the works of J.S. Bach), classical opera, and contemporary vocal compositions. Her repertoire spans from early Baroque to modern works, demonstrating exceptional versatility in solo performance, ensemble singing, and interpretation of diverse vocal literature. She has performed extensively in Bach's vocal works, including complete cycles at Stiftskirche Stuttgart.

As an educator, Greiling serves as a vocal instructor at Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts and as a regular instructor for ensemble singing at Saar University of Music's summer school. She also teaches at Bad Königshofen Vocal School, contributing significantly to vocal pedagogy in Germany.
