Annabelle Neall

Dr. Annabelle Neall is a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health and Wellbeing at Flinders University’s College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. She is a Full Member of the Flinders University Institute for Mental Health and Wellbeing.

• PhD in Organisational Psychology, University of South Australia
• Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching, Curtin University
• Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), University of South Australia

Her research focuses on workplace bullying, harassment, and mental health. She investigates workplace culture, engagement, and psychosocial risk management, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and mental health. Recent work includes studies on upwards bullying, workplace stress, and evidence-based interventions.

Key projects: Harmful Behaviours in the Workplace (2024), analyzing organizational culture and mental health outcomes. Collaborations span clinical psychology, occupational health, and social work disciplines.
