Anna Sender

Anna Sender is a Professor at the Lucerne School of Business (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts), specializing in strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) and organizational dynamics. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich and has over nine years of industry experience in international financial sectors. Her research focuses on applied projects in collaboration with organizations, emphasizing talent management, pay transparency, and non-standard work patterns. She uses mixed-methods approaches, incorporating sociology and cultural studies perspectives.

Research Interests: Strategic HRM, Talent Identification Paradoxes, Pay Communication, Remote Work Dynamics, and HR Professionals' Role Innovation. Key projects include exploring talent retention strategies, the role of jesters in paradox navigation, and hybrid work models. She is actively involved in networks like CRANET and serves on the board of ZGP (Zurich HR Association).
