Anna Segernäs

Anna Segernäs is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Department of Health, Medicine and Caring Sciences (HMV) at Linköping University, affiliated with the Division of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Community Medicine (PRNV). Her work focuses on improving healthcare coordination for vulnerable populations through the DEM(H)CARE research program.

• Research Interests: Dementia care, primary health care systems, geriatric medicine, and interdisciplinary approaches to aging populations.

Recent Publications highlight her work on older adults' mental wellbeing, care planning, alcohol use screening, and pandemic response frameworks. Her studies span qualitative methodologies, clinical diagnostics, and public health policy.
