Dr. Anna Schulz serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of International and Constitutional Law at Kazimierz Wielki University's Faculty of Law and Economics in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Education:

• Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
• PhD dissertation: "The Implementation of International Standards in the Field of Personal Relationships between Parents and Children in Polish Family Law"

Her research centers on the intersection of family law and children's rights within international human rights systems, with specific expertise in how global standards permeate Polish legal structures. This work extends to constitutional implications and cross-border legal harmonization, evidenced by field research conducted across France, Switzerland, Germany, and Belgium.
