Anna Plaksienko

Dr. Anna Plaksienko is a Research Fellow in High-dimensional Statistics at the University of Oslo's Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine. Her work focuses on statistical methods for omics data integration, particularly in multi-source high-dimensional regression and graphical models. She develops computational tools like the methyLImp2 and jewel R packages for missing value imputation and joint network estimation.
