Anna P. Hemingway

Anna P. Hemingway is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a Professor of Law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she also directs the Legal Methods Program. Her expertise spans legal writing, legal education, ethics, property law, and leadership. She co-authored the Property Law textbook (Aspen/Wolters Kluwer) and actively contributes to national legal writing initiatives. Her scholarship emphasizes innovative teaching, diversity integration in curricula, and ethical challenges in modern legal practice. She serves on the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial, and Ethnic Fairness and frequently presents at conferences on pedagogy and professional responsibility.
