Anna Medori is a conservator and restorer affiliated with the Department of Architecture, University of Florence. She taught courses in the School of Specialization in Architectural and Landscape Heritage from 2009 to 2013, focusing on restoration of painted surfaces and decorative techniques in historic buildings.
She earned a Diploma in Cultural Heritage Conservation in 2009 from the Scuola di Alta Formazione of the Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, where she won a national competition in 2006 for mural painting and stucco restoration. Her thesis addressed the conservation of the "Stories of Saint Verdiana" in Florence.
Medori's research spans Cultural Heritage Conservation, Mural Painting Restoration, Stucco Restoration, and Historic Building Conservation. She develops innovative methodologies through collaborations with the Opificio delle Pietre Dure, CNR-ICVBC, and other institutions.
Her notable award is the 2006 National Competition at the Scuola di Alta Formazione. Current projects include the PRIMARTE initiative for Santa Maria alle Campora and restoration work at the Basilica of Santa Croce.
She collaborates with Faberestauro snc and participates in research projects advancing cultural heritage conservation techniques and documentation.
