Professor Anna Marchewka is Vice-Rector for Science and Director of the Institute of Clinical Rehabilitation at the University of Physical Education in Kraków. She previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Movement Rehabilitation (2006–2016) and Head of the Department of Clinical Rehabilitation (2006–2019). Her academic journey includes a Master's in Movement Rehabilitation (1985), PhD (1992), habilitation (2006), and professorship (2014).
Her research spans rehabilitation sciences, geriatrics, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy, with expertise in clinical applications for the elderly. She has authored 110+ publications and led 13 research grants.
