Anna Lynch is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California (USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy). She completed her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) in 2023 and Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy in 2022, both from USC, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Maryland (2013). Her clinical work focuses on chronic pain, chronic headaches, MCAS/dysautonomia, sleep disorders, and life coaching. Dr. Lynch integrates yoga, mindfulness, and holistic approaches into her practice, prioritizing client-centered care and addressing systemic health inequities.
