Anna Jenkins

Associate Professor Anna Jenkins is affiliated with the School of Business at the University of Queensland. Her research focuses on the processes behind high-impact startups, the evolution of startup ecosystems, and the psychological and financial impacts of entrepreneurial failure on small business owners. She leads an ARC Discovery grant project tracking startups over four years and a longitudinal ethnographic study on ecosystem development. Her work also explores coping strategies post-failure, supported by grants from the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Development Council and Swedbank.
