Dr. Anna Folckomer is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Seton Hall University, where she teaches Gross Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, and Pharmacology. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, teaching Anatomy and Physiology, and has previously taught at Joffrey Ballet and Pacific College of Health Sciences. A Board Certified Herbalist and Licensed Acupuncturist, she co-founded the internationally recognized seminar series Immaculate Dissection, focusing on anatomy and corrective exercises.
Research and Clinical Specializations: Dr. Folckomer specializes in Clinical Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology, with a focus on Functional Anatomy, Human Movement, and Patient Advocacy. Her clinical expertise includes pain management, musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, mental/emotional health, addiction recovery, and metabolic disorders.
Education and Leadership: She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is currently a PhD candidate at Rocky Mountain University.
