Dr Anna Fermus-Bobowiec is an Assistant Professor at the Department of the History of State and Law within the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland. Specializing in legal history, her research focuses on civil legal institutions during the 19th-20th centuries, particularly Polish People's Republic housing law, public procurement, mortgage law, and territorial self-government systems.
