Anna Anetta Janowska

Anna Anetta Janowska is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Policy within the Collegium of Economics and Social Sciences at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She holds a Doctor of Economics degree and serves as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Open Access.

• Research focus: Creative sectors, economics of culture, cultural policy, digital revolution, open access to scientific publications, science communication, public speaking, and image creation.

Scientific Awards

• 2nd distinction in the 9th edition of the Competition for the best doctoral thesis in cultural sciences (National Center for Culture)
• Scholarship from the French government (2016) for research on gratuitousness in cultural sectors
• Dekaban Liddle scholarship (2019) for research at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow
