About
Ann Terry is a Researcher and group manager for Diffraction and Scattering at MAX IV, Lund University, Sweden. She serves as a LINXS Fellow and Core Group member for the Advanced Rheometry for Neutron and X-ray Science theme, leading Working Group 1 on Infrastructure Development.
Her research applies X-ray and neutron scattering techniques to soft condensed matter and biological systems, with specific focus on protein/polymer interactions with lipids and excipients (including biologics and lipid nanodiscs), native silk protein structures, and flow dynamics of natural/synthetic polymers. This work bridges materials science and life sciences through advanced scattering methodologies.
As Diffraction and Scattering group manager at MAX IV, she oversees infrastructure development for neutron and X-ray science applications, contributing to LINXS's collaborative framework across Swedish research institutions.
