Ann Curthoys

Ann Curthoys is an Honorary Professor in the School of Humanities at The University of Western Australia. She has held significant roles, including ARC Professorial Fellow at ANU and Sydney University, Manning Clark Professor of History at ANU, and Professor of Social History at UTS. Her research focuses on Australian history, British imperialism, women’s history, and historical writing, with recent emphasis on domestic violence, Cold War history, and Indigenous history.
