Anja-Ursula Hucke

Prof. Dr. Anja-Ursula Hucke is a Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rostock. Her work focuses on Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Auditing, and Legal Compliance. She is actively involved in academic collaborations, including the Scientific Advisory Board of DIIR e.V. and the Schmalenbach Society for Business Administration.

Her research interests include:
