Anja Nold

Anja Nold is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Tübingen's Department of Social Sciences within the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences. She has been affiliated with the Institute of Education since October 2007 and collaborates with the Ruth Cohn Institute for TCI. Her work focuses on educational equity, gender perspectives, mindfulness in teaching, and school improvement strategies.

Her research explores heterogeneity in classrooms, gender dynamics, and school violence prevention. She has contributed to initiatives like the 'Master's Program School Research and School Development' and organized events such as the 'Studium Generale' series on sexualized violence in educational settings.

Nold has published widely on topics including mindful teaching practices, gender integration in STEM education, and strategies for managing heterogeneous classrooms. She actively engages in pedagogical discourse through conferences, workshops, and film screenings addressing critical educational challenges.
