Anita Jose is a Professor of Management at Hood College, George B. Delaplaine Jr. School of Business. She teaches management courses across undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral programs, specializing in capstone strategy and competitive advantage courses. Currently, she coordinates the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program and the ACBSP accreditation process. Her extensive administrative experience includes former roles as Director of the MBA Program, Chair of the Department of Economics & Business Administration, and Interim Co-Dean of the Graduate School.

Her scholarly contributions have been published in prestigious journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Southern Law Journal, Business Intelligence, and Advances in Industrial Relations Research. She has also presented over 35 papers at national and international conferences, covering topics in sustainability, strategic management, mediation, and leadership development.
As a dedicated mentor, Dr. Jose has supervised doctoral students in research projects related to her areas of expertise. Her commitment to applied research is evident through her role as a senior research fellow at the Center for Conflict Resolution, where she consulted for organizations such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Housing and Employment.
Outside her primary academic focus, she maintains a strong interest in historical research, co-administering a website dedicated to Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk, and currently working on a project about Hephaestion's administrative and diplomatic contributions to Alexander the Great's empire.
