Aniela Bankowicz

Aniela Bankowicz is a Researcher at the Centre of Migration Research, University of Warsaw, and an MSc student in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. Her work focuses on migrant integration in the EU, policy evaluation, and social/economic equality.

Her research emphasizes the impact of host societies on integration outcomes and evidence-based approaches to policymaking. Prior experience includes roles at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, where she conducted data analysis, policy research, and communication.
