Ania Loomba is the Catherine Bryson Professor of English at the University of Pennsylvania. She is affiliated with the Department of English, Comparative Literature, South Asian Studies, and Women's Studies. Her scholarship bridges early modern literature with contemporary critical theory, focusing on intersections of gender, race, and colonialism.
