Ani Raiden

Ani Raiden is Associate Professor in Responsible Management at Nottingham Trent University, affiliated with the Nottingham Business School and its Department of Management. With academic roles since 2007 and prior industry experience at Eircom, she combines theoretical rigor with practical expertise in construction management, social value, and organizational behavior.

Research Interests focus on strategic construction industry issues, particularly:

Recent publications address social sustainability, productivity-sustainability nexus, and ethnographic approaches to construction research. Her work appears in Buildings & Cities, Construction Management and Economics, and ICE Engineering Sustainability.
