Angie Duran

Angie Duran is an Adjunct Professor in Illustration at ArtCenter College of Design, specializing in animation design. She holds a degree in Entertainment Arts Illustration from ArtCenter (2017) and has professional experience at Nickelodeon Animation, Netflix Animation, and Paramount Animation as a background designer and concept artist. Her research focuses on visual development for television and feature animation.

Her artistic practice centers on background painting, visual development, and animation design. She maintains an active creative practice through commercial art sales and exhibitions while teaching courses in Design and Color for Animation.
