Angelica Ericsson

Angelica Ericsson is a Research Fellow at Lund University's Department of Law. Her research examines judicial review standards applied by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) regarding national discretion in EU law implementation.

She teaches Internal Market Law and Judicial Remedies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and contributes to the university's MOOC on European Business Law. Her practical experience includes positions at the CJEU.
