Angeles Blanco

Angeles Blanco is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in pulp and paper research. She has led the Cellulose and Paper Research Group since 2004 and previously directed the Advance UCM-Holmen Laboratory from 2005 to 2016.

Currently, she collaborates with Prof Gil Garnier and Dr Joanne Tanner on Project 5: Novel Strategies of Advanced Water System Closure for the Biorefinery, advancing sustainable biorefinery practices.
