Angela Rodgers-Koukoui

Angela Rodgers-Koukoui is a Lecturer at the University of Maryland's College of Information (INFO), joining in 2024. She previously held roles at the University of Baltimore (UB) RLB Library and Archives, including as inaugural Outreach Engagement Librarian. Her work focuses on archival literacy, information literacy instruction, and community outreach, particularly through programs like the groundbreaking Second Chance College Program at Jessup Correctional Institution.

Her work extends to curating exhibits like the Baltimore Cultural Arts Program photography exhibit (2016 and 2020 digital version).

Community Impact: Founder of a dance program for Baltimore youth and choreographer showcased at AFRAM, ArtScape, and Light City. Collaborates with local art organizations to promote cultural heritage preservation.
