Angela Paul

Dr Angela Paul is a Research Fellow at Northumbria Law School, focusing on the legal and ethical implications of technology in criminal justice. She is part of the UKRI-funded PROBabLE Futures project, examining probabilistic technologies in policing. Previously, she worked at the University of York's Administrative Fairness Lab, funded by the ESRC Vulnerability and Policing Futures Research Centre. Her qualifications include a PhD in Law from Northumbria University, an LLM in International Human Rights Law from Lancaster University, and a BSc in Economics from Queen's University Belfast.
