Angela Constantinou

Dr. Angela Constantinou serves as an Associate Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus) since 2016. She is affiliated with the School of Business & Management and maintains an active role in the institution's academic community.

Her research interests focus on three primary areas: International Business, Corporate Responsibilities and Ethics, and Cross Cultural Management. These interests align with her teaching responsibilities in International Marketing and Managing Across Cultures modules, where she applies her expertise in cross-cultural business environments.

Dr. Constantinou holds an MBA from UCLan Cyprus (2015) and a B.A. in Turkish Studies-History and Politics (2004). Her professional background includes significant experience in aviation management as Head of Planning at Ikaros Aviation Training Center (2017-ongoing), previous HR management at Orion Airways (2016-2017), and a decade as Parliamentary Advisor at the Cyprus House of Representatives (2006-2016).

Her teaching portfolio emphasizes practical business applications with international perspectives, particularly through her courses in International Marketing and Managing Across Cultures. While her primary academic appointment is at UCLan Cyprus, she maintains active involvement in the aviation industry through her leadership position at Ikaros Aviation Training Center.
