Angela Anderson, PhD, is a Collegiate Associate Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech. She holds a PhD from Virginia Tech (2013) and a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University (1997).
