Ang Chek Meng serves as Artist Faculty in Violin at the YST Conservatory, National University of Singapore, within the Strings Department.
His educational background includes:
- Winner of the Singapore National Music Competition in 1985 and 1987.
- Recipient of a Singapore Symphony Orchestra Scholarship to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
- Trained under Jean Harvey, Erich Gruenberg, and members of the Amadeus Quartet.
