Anete Pajuste

Anete Pajuste is a Visiting Professor of Accounting at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (Riga). She is affiliated with the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and serves as founder and board member of the Baltic Family Firm Institute (BFFI). Prior to joining Boston University in January 2023, she was a Visiting Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School’s Program on Corporate Governance.

Her research centers on corporate governance, family firms, and controlling shareholders, with specific interests in dual-class shares, boardroom diversity, and responsible investing. She has extensive teaching experience in accounting and finance across undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, and executive programs since 2000.
