Ane Ohrvik is a Professor of Cultural History at the University of Oslo's Department of Culture Studies and Oriental Languages. Her research bridges historical and cultural studies, focusing on knowledge transmission, manuscript cultures, and intersections of religion, medicine, and magic in Northern Europe.
