Andy Keeler serves as a Professor in the Department of Economics at East Carolina University and is the Program Head for Public Policy and Coastal Sustainability at the Coastal Studies Institute (CSI). He joined CSI in August 2010 after previously holding a professorship at the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at Ohio State University.
