Andy Gass is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley College of Law, where he has taught Copyright Law and related courses since 2011. Additionally, he leads the copyright litigation practice at Latham & Watkins LLP, representing technology companies and other clients in high-stakes disputes. His expertise spans antitrust law, intellectual property (including copyright, patents, and trademarks), and the intersection of law and technology.

Mr. Gass previously clerked for Judge Stephen F. Williams on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
