Andrés Castro Samayoa is an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership & Higher Education department at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education and Human Development. His research focuses on enhancing educational experiences for underrepresented groups, particularly at Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), including Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.Phil. from Cambridge University, and a B.A. from Harvard University.
