Dr. André Diegmann is a Research Fellow at the Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH), leading the Research Group 'Firm Dynamics and Employment Outcomes' since March 2021. He holds a PhD from the University of Mannheim (2017) and previously worked at ZEW, IAB, and the German Council of Economic Experts.
