Andria Thomas is a Professor and Senior Associate Dean at the Medical College of Georgia, with joint appointments in the Department of Medicine and Department of Family Medicine. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toledo (2000), an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the same institution (1997), and a B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan College (1995). She is certified by the GA Professional Licensing Board (2001).
Her research focuses on medical education, clinical psychology, and behavioral interventions in healthcare. Publications analyze medical student participation disparities, primary care screening efficacy, clinical communication training, and collaborative wellness models, reflecting interdisciplinary expertise in education and preventive medicine.
