Dr. Andrey Todorov is a Researcher at the Department of International and European Law, Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance, Utrecht University. He joined the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea (NILOS) in June 2023. His work focuses on Arctic and Antarctic governance, maritime law, and environmental regulation of polar shipping.
