Andrew Sanger is Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Cambridge, Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, and Fellow of Corpus Christi College. His research examines the role, regulation and responsibility of global private actors within international law and global governance frameworks. He currently leads the book project 'Everywhere and Nowhere: The Transnational Corporation in the Global Legal Order' and collaborates on 'Making Companies Global: How Corporations Became Nationals of a State'.
His teaching covers international law, human rights, and global political economy. He has received multiple teaching awards including the Pilkington Prize (2024).
