Andrew Phang is a Professor of Law at Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Visiting Professor at the University of Reading. He previously held academic roles including Chair of the Department of Law at SMU’s Business School and Professorships at NUS and SMU. Retired from the judiciary in 2022, he now continues as a Distinguished Term Professor at SMU’s Yong Pung How School of Law.
