Andrew Odegaard is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology & Biostatistics at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) School of Public Health. He serves as Director of Graduate Programs in Epidemiology and focuses on diet, nutrition, obesity, metabolic disorders, and their links to chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s.
