Andrew Meharg

Professor Andrew Meharg is affiliated with the School of Biological Sciences at Queen's University Belfast, within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. His research focuses on the biogeochemical cycling of contaminants in agronomic and natural ecosystems.

• Investigates pollutant fluxes in/out of ecosystems
• Studies organismal exposure, assimilation, and detoxification of contaminants
• Specializes in arsenic environmental behavior using advanced speciation techniques
