Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason is Lecturer in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Southern Queensland's School of Humanities and Communication. He holds BA and BA(Hons) degrees from USQ. His research explores media history, sustainable tourism, community festivals, and cultural studies.

His publications analyze wildlife tourism, media technology evolution, regional communication networks, and cultural representations. Recent work examines virtual animal encounters and historical media technologies.
