Dr. Andrew Manning is a Professor and former Chair of the Department of Education at Mount Saint Vincent University. He has been affiliated with the university since 1977, following his PhD from the University of Ottawa and prior experience as a classroom teacher in the Peel Board of Education. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Australia, supervising doctoral students through their programs and collaborating with the Centre for Studies in Literacy, Policy and Learning Cultures.
