Dr. Andrew Licini is a Postdoctoral Associate Teaching Scholar at Boston University, affiliated with the Department of Chemistry. He joined the PATS program in 2023 and currently teaches laboratory sections for CH131 (General Chemistry for Engineering Sciences) and CH232 (Inorganic Chemistry). His research focuses on catalytic electrochemistry of octaheme proteins, conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Sean Elliott. Dr. Licini holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2023), where he studied electrolysis of molten polyphosphate salts under Prof. Yogesh Surendranath.
